Electronic Filing and Electronic Service of Documents
Litigation attorneys in Hawaii need input from litigation attorneys who have had experience with electronic filing/service of documents in other jurisdictions, especially bankruptcy attorneys. (Bankruptcy attorneys have just started using it in Hawaii.) We'd like your opinions on whether such electronic filing and service of documents should be quickly implemented in Hawaii.
